Hi there! I’m Vanessa, a 14-year-old adventurer traveling the world with my dad while doing online school. It might sound young to some, but I believe there’s no better time to explore the world than now—life is short and full of wonders waiting to be discovered. I’m driven by a passion for learning about new cultures, savouring delicious cuisines, and experiencing each country’s breathtaking beauty.

Our journey began in 2023 with a short 8 day trip to Costa Rica. It was supposed to be a brief escape, but it quickly sparked our passion for travel. From the lush rainforests to the welcoming people, Costa Rica captured our hearts and inspired us to explore more together. Since then, we’ve ventured to incredible places like India, Thailand, the Maldives, Indonesia, Nepal, Norway, and so many others, each destination teaching us something new about the world and ourselves.

We travel slowly, taking our time to truly soak in the essence of each amazing country we visit. Whether it’s wandering through bustling markets, chatting with locals, or spending hours admiring natural wonders, we believe in savouring every moment and truly immersing ourselves in the experience.

Being 14 and constantly on the move means balancing school with travel, which can be challenging but so rewarding. I’ve learned to adapt quickly, whether it’s writing for this blog in a cute cafe in Bali, or finishing assignments while watching the sunset in Thailand. Every day is an adventure, and every experience adds a new layer to my understanding of the world.
